For those of you who remember those hours of practice… the Zetas took second place in All-Campus Sing. Heather Armstrong ’09 did an amazing job as our director and for everyone that was there…. there is no way that we should have lost to the ABTs.

This weekend is the annual Greek Sing Competition that is held during Parents Weekend every year. This year we are doing “We Go Together” from Grease in an attempt to take first for the third year in a row!
Our Greek Sing director (who is doing an amazing job I might add) is Heather Armstrong ’09.

Grove City College Zeta Zeta Zeta/Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority
Earlier this semester our service chair, Emily Anderson was approached by the softball coach about helping with a fundraiser for cancer research. We ended up putting together and running a Fundraiser called PinkZone. At halftime of each of the basketball games, fans could pay $1 to come down and shoot half-court shots to try and win a prize. We raised over $200 for cancer research from this fundraiser.
Last night, 19 new Zeta tigers (6 of them were social bids in the fall) went active. Congratulations!
It was the week of sweethearting! Not only did we sweetheart Tim Palma (Omnicron Xi, ’10), but two of our sisters were made fraternity sweethearts as well!

Dear Sisters,
As the 2008 senior Zeta/Sigma class moves toward graduation, we are searching for ways to leave a positive change behind Grove City College. That is why we have chosen to establish the Alumni Sigma Missions Fund.
Every year Zeta/Sigma sisters go on missions trips to spread the love of Christ worldwide. We are proud of their passion and courage and try to give as much support as we can. Often they petition the sorority for financial support and often the money to substantially support our sisters just isnt there.
Our vision for this fund is to provide a financial foundation to sponsor our sisterhood to go out on missions to spread the Gospel.
The graduating senior class has contributed over $300 to this fund already, and we are reaching out to our alumni to help us support our younger sisters. The 2008 Senior Class has committed to annual contributions, and we hope that the subsequent graduting Zeta/Sigma classes will follow in our footsteps.
Please join us as we establish this fund. Our sisterhood is thriving with Christ’s eternal love, and also the desire to share it with others. The Fund will be overseen by the Alumni Director.
